Front Lawn

This space is where we host wedding ceremonies and cocktail hour. Includes a hedged, grassy lawn with a border of white seasonal flowers, and a deck overlooking the lawn. Pic coming soon*

Guest Rooms

Guest rooms can be reserved for the bridal party, family + friends. Up to five rooms + five bathrooms are included with the venue fee

Historic Home

The downstairs area includes the dining area, the parlor, the lounge, and the library.

For weddings + large events this space can be utilized for additional cocktail hour space, welcome table, guest favors, bridal room, and more.

Garden

Our enclosed lawn is where we host the reception, table setup can include rounds or rectangle seating for up to 120 guests. Venue fee includes table + chair setup, string lights, heat lamps when necessary, and lounge seating.

Brick Garage

This space is off of the back garden area and can be used for additional seating, a bar and lounge area, dessert, small dance floor and more.

This space can seat up to 40 guests.

Pricing + Packages

Since each event is unique we ask that you click the inquiry form which will send pricing depending on your type of event. From there you can make selections which will then generate a quote for you.

Food + Beverages

We offer in-house catering or the option to bring in outside caterers and food trucks. All beverages are served and sourced through our preferred vendor.
